The Southwest Oklahoma Impact Coalition (SOIC) is a unique voluntary collaboration formed by the five universities and colleges in Southwest Oklahoma (Cameron University, Redlands Community College, Southwestern Oklahoma State University, University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and Western Oklahoma State College) along with the Association of South Central Oklahoma Governments and South Western Oklahoma Development Authority. Our mission is to reinforce and grow wealth in the Southwest Quadrant of Oklahoma by maximizing and coordinating workforce and economic development opportunities.
Working in conjunction with various state and federal agencies, public and private corporations, tribal governments, other educational institutions and local business and industry, the coalition functions as a resource tool for the residents and businesses in the region. SOIC can assist them in analyzing their needs, linking resources that match those needs and assist them in expanding their business operations by bringing together the various partners that can work with them to achieve increased production and services to their communities.
SOIConline is an electronic tool provided to assist our partners through identifying services and resources which can assist them in their efforts to expand and be competitive in a global marketplace.
